Below are some of the key stages I go through for a full website build. While every project is different and the stages will be customised for your business, this should give you an example of what those stages will include.

Based on the research, choosing a platform to build on, the right hosting provider and building a custom project plan based on deadlines and priorities.
Design wireframes and mockups for different pages presented and discussed. This stage includes desktop, tablet and mobile designs and a few versions based on feedback.
Website development including setup of the development and production sites, building the pages out from the templates provided, reviews and changes.
Either content migration from an existing website or uploading provided content for the pages. This can be done by the user after handover of the site if preferred.
Ensuring the site is being mapped by Google and other search providers as well as entering in keywords, descriptions and metadata for accessibility and SEO.
Testing all functionality and browser testing on different devices and website browsers.
Website is complete. The site is moved from development to production and domain names transferred to the new hosting if required.
Training provided on how the website is setup as well as understanding how to make changes on the development and production websites.
If required, I offer ongoing support for my clients so they don't need to worry about updating and maintaining their website. This can also include further changes to parts of the website.
